Your Data

Photos, videos, tags, boards, studies, learning examples, and browsing history are stored in the app’s local folder. The developer does not receive this content through the app.

Photo Access & Files

Photo access lists available imports and hides previously imported items. Only selected assets are imported; originals in Photos are not modified. Manage permission in system settings, or select assets through Files.

On-device Analysis & Learning

Image analysis, similarity matching, and tag learning run on the device without uploading assets to the developer or an AI service. Recognition results are suggestions and do not guarantee correct identification of people or clothing.

URLs & External Websites

URL imports connect to the website and image servers you choose, which may receive connection information such as your IP address. The source URL is stored locally with the asset. External links are subject to the destination website’s privacy policy.

Sharing & Cloud Backups

Optional iCloud sync is off by default. When enabled, media and organization data are sent to your private CloudKit database under your Apple account. On both devices, enable sync in backup settings using the same Apple account, then keep the app open at the library. Sync requires internet and available iCloud storage. Turning sync off stops future synchronization on that device; it does not erase copies already synced to iCloud or another device. Exported files and manual backups remain at the destinations you select. Keep separate backups before deleting the app or making major changes. Apple processes iCloud data under its privacy terms; the developer does not receive your library through the app.

Retention & Removal

You can clear browsing history or delete tags, learning examples, and studies. Deleting a folder or board does not delete original library assets. Deleting the app removes local data; shared, exported, and backed-up copies must be managed separately at their destinations.

Tracking & Usage Information

This version has no advertising tracking or third-party usage analytics SDK. Display preferences stay local; system uptime is used only for stopwatch and beat timing. Apple may process diagnostics according to your system settings.
